Project Diva is a series of artwork that explores the female persona and feminine energy. The female form historically has been an inspiration for many artists. By showing women as more than just objects of affection or subjects of interest Earl explores the female form as a persona. Using the Diva persona, he reflects attributes and qualities that honor the unseen power in the sky and a female’s innate self-consciousness/awareness. Leveraging expressive moments juxtaposed on contrasting design elements he shows the Diva’s power through color.
